I believe it was the owner of the garage who assisted me. He was pleasant, polite and talkative. He completed my MOT and advisories giving quotes there and then. He even offered to take me to and from work to have the repairs done free of charge at a time convenient to me.
I needed a new garage. Now I think I have found one I could trust.
