I bought a pull out shelf from their EBAY shop. when package arrived damaged I sent it back, but received no refund for two weeks since the package was delivered back. After repeatedly calling and emailing I only heard promises to call back, which were never followed through. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. I really advise to anyone considering dealing with this company to think carefully about it.
