Save yourself the stress, frustration and anger - purchase what you need from one of the many other tiling retailers online, who value your custom and give you a respectable level of service.
Delivery arriving late with half of the order smashed, claiming to send a replacement shipment of tiles, finding out 4 days later that they didn't even send the shipment, claiming to compensate by refunding the delivery charge - not refunding anything. No updates, poor and unhelpful telephone communication and no tracking/confirmation facility. £40 delivery too!
Tiles-Direct are truly a joke, shop somewhere that actually respects you and your custom.
